The open-concept venue can accommodate 125 guests seated or 200 standing, with a flexible design that can be tailored to suit everything from intimate gatherings to milestone celebrations and large-scale events.

“For us, hospitality has always been about bringing people together and making them feel at home,” said chef Nuit Regular. “With UP Events, we wanted to take the warmth and care people know from our restaurants and create a space where they can celebrate their own special moments, with great food at the heart of it all.”

Central to the UP Events experience is its culinary offering. Every menu will be curated by chef Nuit and prepared by her culinary team in the UP Events kitchen, bringing the same talent and approach behind her celebrated restaurants directly into each event. Guests will be able to draw from the flavours and dishes of the By Chef Nuit portfolio, including PAI, Kiin, Thai Tavern, Chaiyo, Sukhothai and Makilala, alongside a selection of Western-inspired options, with experiences ranging from passed canapés and food stations to family-style dining and multi-course menus. Signature cocktails, wine and beverage pairings, as well as a dedicated coffee station and bar, will also be available.

“Toronto has no shortage of incredible places to gather, but we saw an opportunity to create something that brings every element of an event together under one roof,” said Jeff Regular. “UP Events gives us the flexibility to make each event feel completely its own, while pairing a beautiful, adaptable space with great food, thoughtful service and the kind of hospitality our team is known for.”

UP Events will feature a dedicated entrance, green room and bridal suite, full-service private bar and AV capabilities. With flexible room configurations and dedicated event planning support, the space can be tailored to create a distinct experience for each occasion.

Building on their partnership through PAI, UP Events is a collaboration between chef Nuit, Jeff Regular and restaurateur Janet Zuccarini, founder and CEO of Gusto 54 Restaurant Group.
