TORONTO – The wait is over, Calgary! Krispy Kreme® Canada is excited to announce that its fan-favourite doughnuts are on the way. After years of anticipation from Calgary fans, the brand is proud to confirm that Krispy Kreme will return to the city at its new location at 9629 Macleod Trail SW. This will be the latest addition to the brand’s growing Canadian presence and a major moment for doughnut lovers across southern Alberta.

Calgarians will soon have the chance to step inside the signature Hot Light Theatre Shop, where the magic of Krispy Kreme comes to life. Guests will be able to watch their favourite doughnuts made fresh, starting with the iconic Original Glazed®, served warm and melt-in-your-mouth delicious. Whether it’s a morning coffee run, late-night cravings, or a weekend family outing, Krispy Kreme is set to become Calgary’s go-to spot for sweet moments and unforgettable treats.

The Calgary location will offer the full Krispy Kreme experience, from the iconic glowing Hot Light that signals fresh doughnuts are being made, to the inviting atmosphere and friendly Krew that make each visit memorable. Guests can expect the full lineup of signature doughnuts, specialty coffees, and seasonal offerings that fans across Canada already know and love. A convenient drive-thru will also be available for those on the go.

While the official opening date has yet to be revealed, sweet things are coming soon. In the meantime, doughnut enthusiasts can look forward to exclusive giveaways, sneak peeks, and community partnerships leading up to opening day.
